This is what my friend told me and I thought about it. Its quite true.
There's NO such thing as withdrawal syndromes if you don't smoke for days. TRUST ME. So to quit smoking, it all depends on your will. As it is a BAD HABIT and not an addiction. Do not think of cigarettes and just live life day by day and it will pass you by. I believe you can DO IT to escape from those sticks. ITS ALL IN THE MIND that it relieves stress. You are just psyching yourself. Psyching yourself is not going to help relief everything that is in your mind.
